Shared inbox & AI drafting for commerce brands

Answer the person,
not the ticket.

One inbox for your customer email, with AI replies drafted from your own order data. A human still presses send, every time.

No card. No Shopify store required. Your workspace is live in about two minutes.

The HelpMe Social inbox. On the left, seven open conversations arriving from email, Instagram and Messenger. On the right, a customer asking where order #1847 is, and a reply already drafted. The banner above it says the draft is grounded in order #1847, which is paid and fulfilled, and gives the USPS tracking number. Beside the send button: edit anything before sending.
One list, whatever channel it came from. The draft is built from the real order, It sits in the box waiting for a person. It is not in an outbox.

Every channel. One customer.

Most helpdesks file each message as its own ticket, so the same shopper arrives three times as three strangers. We stitch identities onto one contact, so an agent opens a conversation already knowing who this is, what they bought, and what was said last time, on any channel.

  • ✉ Email
  • ◎ Instagram
  • ⊙ Messenger
An Instagram direct message open in the inbox. The customer asks whether the matte black Field 2 is a restock or a preorder, and whether the shop ships to Canada. The reply button reads Reply via Instagram.
An Instagram DM, answered from the same box as the email above it. The reply button names the channel it will go out on, so nobody has to remember which tab a customer arrived in.

What you get

A shared inbox your whole team works out of

With the customer’s history and their orders already on screen, so nobody opens a conversation cold.

Grounded in your own order data

Orders, fulfilment status and customer history sit beside the conversation, and the AI drafts from them rather than guessing. A shopper asking “where is my order” gets an answer built from the actual order.

We connect your store for you during setup. Everything else you do yourself.

A customer asks where order #1847 is. The reply box shows an AI draft labelled as grounded in order #1847, which is paid and fulfilled, with a USPS tracking number. A panel on the right shows order #1847: paid and in transit, placed 2 September, total US$122.50, one Field 2 Burr Grinder and two bags of Kilimanjaro Single Origin, shipping to Austin, Texas.
The draft says where the order actually is. The label above the reply names the order it was built from. It shows that the order is paid and fulfilled, and it carries the carrier’s tracking number, so an agent can check the claim before pressing send.

Reporting

Numbers you would actually act on

First response and time to resolve at median and P90, resolution rate, reopen rate, CSAT, and how much of the load the AI is carrying. The AI is counted as a teammate in the by‑owner table rather than hidden inside an aggregate.

The reports screen. Tiles show first response 53 minutes median, time to resolve 2 hours, resolution rate 27.8 percent, reopen rate 20 percent flagged watch, first-response SLA 60 percent flagged below target, CSAT 100 percent, AI acceptance 100 percent, automation rate 20 percent, and an open backlog of 12. Below, a chart of opened versus resolved per day and a by-owner table listing Jordan Reyes, AI auto-resolve and Maya Chen.
It will tell you when you are behind. Reopen rate and the first‑response SLA carry their own warning flags. The screenshot above is showing two of them.

Pricing

One flat fee. No charge per seat, and no charge per ticket. The only usage we count is AI resolutions past the allotment your plan includes. The tools we replace charge from $79 to $299 per seat every month, or bill you for every ticket a human answers. We don’t count seats, and humans are always free.

An AI resolution is a conversation the AI handled end to end, with no human reply. Drafts, summaries, triage and tagging are never charged as resolutions. They are part of the plan. You’re only ever billed when the AI resolves a conversation entirely on its own; if your team touches it, even just to press send, it’s free.

Fair use. The always‑on AI (drafts, tags, summaries, triage) is included with no per‑use charge. On extremely high‑volume workspaces it may rest until the next month. We’ll tell you in the app, and nothing extra is ever billed.

Everyone on your team is included. Add the whole support desk without the bill moving.

Prices in US dollars, excluding any applicable tax. 30‑day trial, no card required.

Try it on your real email

Forward a copy of your support address into a trial workspace and watch it work on your own volume for a month. Nothing is redirected, nothing breaks, and you can point it back at any time.
